Psychologist Özge Eser (MSc)

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Koç University (2020), followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University in the Netherlands (2021), where I graduated with honors for my thesis on ‘Determinants of Loneliness in the Covid-19 Period’.

Subsequently, I pursued another Master’s degree in Health and International Development at the London School of Economics in the United Kingdom, where I was awarded the Jean Monnet Science and Research scholarship. My thesis focuses on ‘The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Digital Transformation in Health in Turkey’.

Throughout my academic journey, I actively engaged in psychology research projects as a research assistant for five years. I also completed my clinical internships at Dunya Special Education Center, Dokuz Eylul University Hospital, Koc University Hospital, and Leiden University, under supervision.

Since September 2021, I have been based in England and Germany, working online with adults (aged 18 and over) with the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR approach in Turkish and English. I still continue to receive my trainings, seminars and supervision.While my registered office is in Izmir, Turkey, I currently conduct all meetings online.
